Vacation Rental Description

This home is a one of a kind; you will want to return to this 

house year after year. 

“With the Tide” is a 4 bedroom 3 bath, 2 story house right on the 

Gulf of Mexico 

with a private very large concrete swimming pool.  
Not like the new condos, it has plenty of parking right outside your front door.  

This home sleeps 10 comfortably. 

The bedroom downstairs has a queen size bed and a full bath, shower only. 

The kitchen is open and has a bar with 4 stools. the dining room has 

a table with 4 chairs. The kitchen is equipped with everything you 
need to cook and feed your family. 
 There is a bathroom in the hall upstairs, a master bedroom has a 

king bed with a private bath. The 2 other bedrooms  

have queen beds in them. They also have sliding

 glass doors that go to a deck over looking the beach.  

There is a toddler bed in the closet for younger kids.  

“With the Tide” is equipped with an ice machine in the laundry room.

Spring 3/01/08-5/22/08 	    $2000.00 week   $325.00 day

Summer 5/23/08-9/5/08      $2895.00 week   $467.00 day	

Summer weeks are 7 night minimum Saturday to Saturday only.

Cleaning fee and 9% tax not included.
 No pets allowed.
No one under the age of 25 is allowed to rent our home, only families.
