Sonoma Wine Country, just minutes from downtown Sonoma and 30 miles
from San Francisco and Oakland.
This beautiful, 4700 square foot villa features four private
bedrooms plus an Italian leather queen sleeper sofa in the separate
den,and a full queen sleeper sofa in the separate downstairs
entertainment/sitting room , two kitchens, one is a gourmet kitchen
with granite counter tops and completely equipped for entertaining, a
15 X 40 heated swimming pool with slide for the kids to enjoy, a
jacuzzi next to the fountain, massive decks with views, and
verandas. The bright, light, and open interior is accentuated by
soaring ceilings, two-story windows, and French doors leading onto
the paver tiled verandas and courtyard containing a fountain. Just 7
minutes from downtown Sonoma Plaza, adjoins Cline Cellars Vineyard,
and looks out at Gloria Ferrar Champagne Caves, and across the
street from Viansa Winery, this Villa is in an IDEAL location.

The master bedroom has a sun room and a shower detailed with glass
block, and an antique king size poster bed, and private deck. There
are two bedrooms upstairs, each with queen-size beds and sharing a
full bath, one in the loft, and one with an attached upper level large
deck, and lounge chairs. The den on the main floor has a large screen
TV and an Italian leather queen sleeper sofa.
The downstairs features a spacious game/entertainment room with foos
ball, and one bedroom with a queen bed, and living room with a queen
size sleeper, full bath, and separate washer and dryer. Additionally,
the wine cellar has a full size bed. The entire house is air
conditioned and available for up to 12 people for weekly, or
monthly occupancy. You will love being surrounded by luxury in this
large Mediterranean home. Come to the Black Sterling Villa for a one-
of-a-kind incredible Wine Country getaway!! You will adore the unique
quiet setting with views that never end, and the fabulously furnished
exquisite luxury home.
Vacation Rental Rates
This 4700 sq ft luxury home comfortably sleeps 12.
The weekly rental rate is $4370, including all taxes, and we have a
minimum rental fee of $4370 for rentals during high season,
April-October.
Exception to the 1 week minimum: If the Villa is not rented 30 days
prior to your arrival, it is available nightly for $975 per nite,
including tax!!
Off season, Nov 1-Apr 1, presents an excellent value, as the villa is
$600 per night weekdays and $800/night on the weekends, and only
$3770 per week, including tax.
(Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years are also at the High Season
Rate)
The villa has spectacular vineyard views from nearly
every window, and there is a working Friesian horse ranch on the
property, so you also have views of big, black, bold Friesian horses
grazing in the pastures!
We have just added a heated 15 X 40 swimming pool and slide, and a
jacuzzi!!!
