Vacation Rental Description

This 2 bed 2 bath condo is located in Caribbean Villas in Kissimmee, 
FL.  There is 1,000 sq. ft. of living space.  It was completely 
remodeled in 2002 and is very clean.  This condo is one story and 
has central heat and air conditioning.  There are two reserved 
parking spaces in front of the condo.  No boats are allowed.  
Smoking outside the condo, only.

For your convenience, the owner lives in the same complex as this 
rental and will be available during your stay.  This is not a 
timeshare.  There are no sales pitches.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This condo is equipped with all appliances (stove/oven, dish washer, 
refrigerator/freezer, washer/dryer, kitchen utensils, toaster, 
blender, etc.).  This rental condo has all of the conveniences of 
home including a private outside patio.  Has local phone, digital 
TV, DVD, VCR and CD player.  Wireless high-speed internet available 
for your laptop, at no charge.   Heated outdoor swimming pool is 
available for your enjoyment within the complex.

Maid service prior to check in and after check out, only.  Easy 
access in and out of the complex.  Check in is 3:00 p.m. and check 
out is 10:00 a.m., which we are flexible on as long as we have 
enough time to clean the condo.

This condo accommodates 7 people comfortably with 1 queen bed, 2 
twin beds, 1 roll-away bed and 1 queen sleeper sofa. 

Activities and Attractions

This condo is approximately 15 minutes driving time to Walt Disney 
World's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, MGM Studios and Animal Kingdom.  Sea 
World and Universal Studios are approximately a 20 minute drive.  60 
minuttes driving time to Cocoa Beach and Daytona Beach.  South 
Orlando is approximately 5 minutes driving time.  Shopping and 
restaurants are about a half mile from the condo.

Vacation Rental Rates

We have a six night minimum.
For six nights, we charge $600.00, plus $78.00 for tax, for a total 
of $678.00.  No other charges.
For each additional night after the first six nights, we charge 
$60.00, plus $7.80 for tax for a total of $67.80.
We accept payment by Money Order, Cash, Cashiers Check, Personal 
check or PayPal.  Credit and Debit cards are accepted through 
PayPal, only.
