Vacation Rental Description

The apartment is located in the heart of Chelsea on a charming tree-
lined street, one block from the #1, C and E trains - convenient to 
the east and west side of Manhattan.
This charming one bedroom one bath is impeccably maintained as part 
of a private town home.  From a separate lower entrance you enter 
your own apartment, which provides central air conditioning, high 
speed Internet access, and cable TV.  The separate kitchen contains a 
microwave, dishwasher, stove and fridge with a counter into the 
living/dining area which measures appx. 17' x 23' with exposed brick 
walls and a large working fireplace.  The dining table seats eight 
comfortably.  Off the living/dining area is a private 8'x10' enclosed 
outdoor patio with a small table for morning coffee or evening port.  
One of the hall closets contains a combination washer/dryer unit.
The bathroom is fresh and clean with floor to ceiling white subway 
tiles, toilet, sink and a comfortable walk-in shower.  The bedroom 
measure appx. 13'x20' and comes complete with a queen bed, dresser 
and ample closet space.

Activities and Attractions

The location is superb with all the amenities of a neighborhood - 
fine restaurants, convenient shopping, dry cleaning and several 
pharmacies.  We are less than three blocks to the heart of NY's 
gallery scene, a five minute walk to the newly discovered Meat Market 
boutique shopping district or the heart of Greenwich Village, a ten 
minute walk to Times Square, the theater district, Madison Square 
Garden or the Empire State Building.
