rooms. This is a private residence available for rent when the owners 
leave on extended trips.  

GREAT LOCATION: House is on a full acre in a unique country enclave 
right in the heart of Santa Barbara.  Only 3 minutes to Downtown Santa
Barbara and a mere 3 minutes to Santa Barbara's favorite "local" Beach
where dogs are OK (on leash to the right, Off leash to the left) 

LARGE MASTER SUITE: (25'x20') features 
Cal King Bed                        Gas Fireplace                 
High beam ceiling                   Cable TV, HiFi and DVD
Sitting area in large bay window    Private Fountain area.  

The adjoining MASTER BATH features an XXLXtra Large Jacuzzi Tub 
surrounded by a beach landscape in hand painted tile work, marble top
sink, shower , lots of light and Sound Systemm too.  

X-LARGE KIDS ROOM (15'x30') easily fits 2 Twin beds + Trundle and a 
day bed in the large Bay Window. The adjoining KIDS BATH has 
Shower/Tub, sink & toilet and skylight.

SEPARATE STUDIO (10' x 30' -  20 Feet outside house)  features a Full 
Bed) and it's own mini kitchen and full Bath with shower/sink/toilet, 
and lots of windows and light!

LedBetter Beach).  In June & July, also join Santa Barbarans for 
concerts in the park too, bring a picnic! (Google "Santa Barbara 
Concerts in the Park" to be directed to a site that has current 
recreational events.)
