Vacation Rental Description

La Valencia Beach Resort is located on the western end of Panama 
City Beach. Your rental beach home is located at 322 La Valencia 
Circle. The home is 2 stories with the master(king)bedroom and a 
large guest (queen)bedroom on the 2nd floor. Each of these bedrooms 
have their own balcony. The 2nd floor also has a sitting/tv room 
with a day bed that makes into 2 single beds, a full laundry and 2 
full bathrooms. Downstairs includes a bedroom with 2 single beds, a 
full bathroom, the kitchen, a dining room, and the living room. The 
home is richly furnished, and the kitchen includes a full array of 
cooking utencils, pots, pans, etc.. All you need is sunscreen, beach 
towels and a frisbee!

Vacation Rental Amenities

La Valencia Beach Resort has a hard court tennis court, 2 pools, 2 
spa-pools, all tucked into lush gardens and walkways, and 400' of 
the white sand and blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. La Valencia is 
far away from the honky-tonk and high rise condo areas of the beach.
You can actually find your own place on the sand !

Activities and Attractions

In addition to the activities available within our little resort, 
Panama City Beach has great places to eat, tons of golf courses, 
nature walks, deep sea fishing, pier fishing, and,let's not forget, 
enough tatoo parlors and t-shirt joints to last a life time. Deep 
sea fishing trips, trolling only, can be arranged aboard my diesel 
powered and air conditioned 35' Bertram...limited to 6 (no children 
under 12). 

Vacation Rental Rates

        This home is available to adults and families, only. 
        This home is available to non-smokers, only.
March thru September: $2200.00/wk(Saturday thru Saturday)
                      $5400.00/calendar month
October thru February:$2200.00/wk(Saturday thru Saturday)
                      $3500.00/calendar month
                      $10000.00 for 6 month lease
In addition to the rates above, the following charges apply:
                      $1000.00 damage deposit(refundable)
                      $200.00 small dog fee
                      applicable sales tax
All rentals include utilities.
Cancellation Policy:  All monies paid to secure a rental shall be
                      considered liquidated damages in the event
                      that the rental is cancelled.  Such monies
                      are fully returned if the property can be
                      rented to another party for that same period.
