Vacation Rental Description
Located just outside Lake George Village, on the southeast side
of the Lake, is this magnificent 2 level home just a few minutes
walk to Usher Park for tennis and basketball courts, playground,
picnic facilities and a sandy beach on the Lake with swimming ropes
and lifeguard for the kids. Take a short walk to George’s
Restaurant, East Cove Restaurant, the Garrison Pub, Million Dollar
Beach, Lake George Steamboat Company (ride the Minnie Ha Ha and
others) and Fort William Henry.
This secluded, 4000 sq. ft. home is on over an acre of private
property and less than 5 minutes from exit 21 off Rt. 87 (the
Northway). It features 2 eat-in kitchens, 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms,
2 living rooms, dining room, sun room, detached 2 car garage,
attached 1 car garage and new appliances and furniture.
The upper level has a full eat-in kitchen with dishwasher and
microwave, a washer and dryer, 4 burner gas grill, 3 bedrooms w/
queen beds, 2.5 bathrooms, living room, dining room, and sun room.
The lower level has a full eat-in kitchen w/ a dining room table,
full bath, 2 bedrooms w/ king beds, living room and game room w/ new
3 in 1 combo table (pool, air hockey and ping pong). The lower level
has 2 entrances.
Each level has audio (bring your CDs), DVD players, high-speed
internet access and a fax machine upon request.

Activities and Attractions
You will be in the Adirondack Park Preserve (a park sanctuary the
size of Rhode Island!) In between the High Peaks and the Spa's of
Saratoga, indulge in some of the many adventures that await you and
your family and friends.
In Lake George, dance and dine on one of the remarkable cruise
ships, swim, canoe, kayak, parasail, scuba dive, bicycle, charter a
boat, cruise the beautiful roads, golf, shop the outlets, or ride
the roller coasters with the kids at The Great Escape.
Head out to the races in Saratoga Springs (25 minutes south) or
the “Saratoga Racino.” Enjoy the finest restaurants, ballet, and
concerts (Philadelphia Orchestra, Saratoga Music Festival, as well
as Jazz, Country and Rock shows at The Saratoga Performing Arts
Center). Tour the Saratoga Battlefield (site of the “turning point”
of the American Revolution).
In the winter, ski, snowboard or snow tube at West Mountain (15
minutes) or Gore Mountain (30 minutes). Snowmobile the Warren County
Trail System or just take the sleds down to the Lake (less than 5
minutes from the back yard).
With so much to do, it’s nice to return to a peaceful home with
all the creature comforts you need for a restful vacation.
