Vacation Rental Description

Brand new town home just opens it door to welcome you! The Town - 
subdivision of Legacy Park promises to be the highlight of 
communities along US 27/US 192. This gated community is only 10 
minutes driving to Disney World main gate and 3-5 minutes to shopping 
mall.

This two-story, two-bedrooms townhouse was newly built with 1132 sq 
ft. It has two master suites, one suite with one king bed, and the 
other with two twin beds. There are full bath in each suite and half 
bath downstairs. There is a large living room, with a sleep sofa for 
additional guests.

Fully equipped kitchen, includes oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, 
fridge/freezer, waste-disposal, coffee machine, toaster, blender etc. 
All cooking utensils, pots, crockery and cutlery are included. There 
is also a separate laundry room including washing machine, tumble 
dryer, Iron and ironing board. High chairs, stroller, crib, and toys 
are available for kids to have fun.

Big screen TV and cable keep you entertained with over 200 channels. 
High speed Internet connection with free local and long distant phone 
call get you covered all over USA. Community offer nice large 
swimming pool and spa. There is playground for kids as well.
