tub. Patio doors open onto the oversized pool terrace from the master 
suite.

Two twin bedrooms are located to the front of the home, each with 
access into a shared bathroom. 

Kitchen and separate dining area also have access to the oversized 
pool area through patio doors. 

Large lounge area with luxurious furniture, cable TV, VCR and CD 
player, give a feeling of spaciousness to this single storey home. 

Pool area has oversized shaded pool-side dining area with views

Our three bedroom, 2 bathroom, EXECUTIVE home, is 
approximately 10 minutes to Disney and only 2 minutes from Greg 
Normans Champions Gate, 2 x 18 - hole, Orlandos newest, golf 
course !!!

This lovely fully air conditioned home is located on a quiet road 
overlooking a small lake and conservation area. This upscale air 
conditioned home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a private heated 
(optional) pool, huge covered lanai (patio), large sundeck, large 
lounge and dining area, fully fitted gourmet kitchen, as well as a 
washer and dryer.

There is the additional luxury of ceiling fans in all living areas 
including the lanai. The lanai, pool, and sundeck areas are enclosed 
within a bug screen. The lanai has comfortable poolside furniture 
consisting of table and 4 chairs for alfresco dining, and 2 sun-
loungers. 

The lounge has comfortable sofas, occasional tables and lamps. The 
dining area has a dining table and wonderfully comfortable dining 
chairs.

The sleeping accommodations include one queen bed in the master 
bedroom and two single beds in each of the other 2 bedrooms. A crib 
is available at an additional charge. Pets are NOT allowed and No 
Smoking.
