(Hennessey’s, Ben & Jerry’s, Starbucks, Whiskey Creek, Pizza, New  
York Deli & Bagel, etc.), General Store, Gondola, ticket/rental  
office, Coach, Schat's, Footloose, or if you want to go for a  
leisurely stroll to enjoy the charming boutiques and fresh mountain  
air.   
 
High in the spectacular eastern Sierra Nevada Mountains, Mammoth  
Gateway Village is nestled alongside the Sierra Star Golf Course and  
only a few steps from the free shuttle bus route and Valley Bike  
Path .... yet located in a private and quaint cul-de-sac setting.   
Less than a 45 minute scenic drive to beautiful Yosemite National  
Park and Mono Lake (only 100 miles to Half Dome and El Capitan)!

Lake Mary, Convict Lake, Twin Lakes and Devil's Postpile. 
 
This newly constructed, immaculate, 2,000 square foot, end unit is  
the only stand-alone residence at Mammoth Gateway Village.  It has  
been professionally decorated and fully furnished with the finest  
decor, furniture, electronics, iPod Music Systems, Home Theatre  
Surround sound system, bedding, washer/dryer, iron/board, gas  
fireplace, propane BBQ grill, board games, and amenities for your  
complete and hassle-free vacation experience.   
 
You will enjoy the convenience of the immaculate gourmet kitchen,  
fully equipped with everything you could ask for.  The finest linens  
and sundries are provided to make your stay complete.   
 
There are three large bedrooms and two full baths.  The large,  
private master suite is furnished with a luxurious King-size bed,  
dresser, private balcony, TV/DVD, iPod docking station, and a full  
bath including a whirlpool jet tub.  This room also includes a desk  
with high-speed, WIFI internet access and a 17" monitor, keyboard  
and mouse for use with your personal laptop.  
 
A second spacious bedroom is equipped with a Queen-size bed and  
dresser.  The third bedroom has two twin-over-twin bunk beds, two  
dressers and a private deck. 
 
The leather Queen sleeper-sofa located in the family room provides  
additional sleeping.  Family room has a gas fireplace and home  
theatre surrounds sound system.  There is also a private loft with a  
pullout daybed, TV/DVD/VCR and additional room for sleeping bags.   
This residence will accommodate eight to eleven people comfortably. 
 
Private attached two-car garage includes room for safely storing all  
your skis, snowboards, mountain bikes, and golf clubs.  
 
So if it is skiing, snowmobiling, reading a good book next to the  
fireplace in the winter or hiking, biking, boating, sightseeing,
