Vacation Rental Description

Great nonsmoking 2 bedrooms and a loft with 3 bathrooms townhouse  
located in a small premier complex. New hardwood floors and carpet 
also kitchen has been remodeled with granite counters and professional
series stainless steel appliances. There are three stairs to reach 
this unit and it has 3 levels once inside. The entry level has both 
master bedrooms, one bedroom has a new pillow top king size bed, TV 
and DVD, the other bedroom also has a new pillow top queen size bed, 
TV and VCR. Both bedrooms have their own private full bath. Second 
level has the kitchen, dining room, another bathroom and living room 
with TV, VCR, DVD and stereo with cassette and CD player. The 3rd level 
is the loft which has a large double size bed with over head twin and
a separate twin bed. This unit sleeps up to 8 people. Sorry no pets. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fireplace with wood provided, Cable TV in three different areas with  
2 DVDs, 2 VCRs,   Stereo with 5/CD carousel and tape player. Fully  
Equipped kitchen with new microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator.  
Bedding/towels provided and cleaning in included in the nightly rate.  
Pool and BBQ area open in summer months and Jacuzzi and Sauna  
open year round. Shuttle bus that delivers you to the Slops or Village  
stops at entrance of complex.Shopping, Restaurants and Movies are  
all within a couple of blocks walking.

Rates for stays less then 31 days are subject to a 13% Town of  
Mammoth Transient Occupancy Tax and a $500 damage Deposit.
