Vacation Rental Description

This Floridian tropical paradise is located just a 5 minute drive 
from Disney. With private pool and stand alone Hot Tub, 3 bedrooms 
and 2 bathrooms, this beautiful home is furnished and equipped to 
the highest standard. All common areas are tiled.

Pool Table and Air Hockey table.

The bedding arrangements are as follows. Bedroom one has a king size 
bed with bathroom and separate shower. Bedroom two has 2 twin beds. 
Bedroom three has 2 twin beds and is Disney themed.

Family room is equipped with cable TV, video and music system. The 
house is fully equipped with all electrical appliances and all 
towels and linens are provided. Fully air conditioned, with ceiling 
fans in the family room and all bedrooms. 

Outside, patio doors lead to a beautiful showpiece swimming pool and 
hot tub. The hot tub is always heated free of charge. There is also 
a full range of quality patio furniture. The pool, hot tub and deck 
are all enclosed within a fully screened patio.

Smoking is OK on covered pool deck.

Vacation Rental Amenities

House is fully equipped - all linens and towels. Full kitchen 
appliances, wahser/dryer etc. Full AC.

Activities and Attractions

House is located in Indian Creek/Formosa Gardens area and is a 5 
minute drive to Disney and is convenient for all Central Florida 
attractions.

Vacation Rental Rates

Nightly rate is from $99 plus taxes at 13%.

Actual rates depend on occupancy, season and length of stay.

Please e mail for availabilty and firm price.

Stays of less than 6 nights incur a cleaning fee of $70.
