WELCOME...
To our site and to potentially being our guest in gorgeous Mammoth
Lakes! Thanks for taking a look at our property. We are a family from
Southern California that occasionally makes our Mammoth Mountain
condominium available for nightly private rental. It is deluxe and
cozy and our rates are really low by Mammoth vacation rental standards.
This is our private home and we use it frequently so we only want
guests that will respect it and treat it as if it were their own.
Our Mammoth Mountain condominium has 2 bedrooms and 1 loft and 2 full
bathrooms. It sleeps a maximum of 7 ( the sectional sofa has a queen
size pull out) but 6 very comfortably. A kitchen stocked with
everything you could need for home cooked meals with service for 8.
Coffee Maker, Toaster, Blender, Microwave etc; Televisions and DVD
players can be found in every room as well as brand new pillow top
beds and linens! Both bathrooms were redone with granite and slate
and the entire unit was completely remodeled at the end of last years
season so everything is new. It is also an upper unit with vaulted
ceilings which means no one above you making noise.
We are located in town, a block from Old Mammoth Road and a rocks
throw from the Red and Green Line shuttles. The Red Line is the main
free shuttle that runs through Mammoth and will take you anywhere you
want to go...Eagle, Canyon, Main Lodge etc; The Green Line Shuttle will
take you right to Eagle. From our home you can walk to the grocery
store ( about 10 minutes )as well as tons of restaurants and shops
(3 minutes). There is also ample parking should you be driving yourself
up.
Our complex has a pool, jacuzzi, sauna and on site laundry facilities.

photo page of our personal website. Everything is current and looks
exactly the way our Mammoth Condo is furnished/decorated. If you have

Summer Rates: $95/nt midweek $125/nt weekend (May 1- Oct.31)
Winter Rates: $165/nt midweek $265/nt weekend (Nov.1- April 30)
Holiday Rates: $265 - $350 per night..Thanksgiving, Christmas Vacation,
New Years, Presidents Weekend, Spring Break and Easter..and any I may
of forgotten.
Cleaning fee $65 & Occupancy tax applied to all bookings.
