Vacation Rental Description
Open the front door and voila! Breathtaking white water views the
entire width of our unit. 180 degrees of deep blue sea. The only
way to miss this view is with your eyes wide shut. Perfectly
appointed right down to the capuccino machine. Our lazy boy sofa bed
is top of the line, or climb into the rattan chair and ottoman set.
A gas fireplace will keep you cozy if the fog rolls in. Settle in
and become spoiled. If you have always wanted to stay in a top
quality condo without spending your life savings... this is it.
We are located in an exclusive gated community of approximately 70
units. We have two jacuzzi spas, access code gates, and underground
security parking for up to two vehicles (normal sized vehicles only).
24 hour guest parking is avail on a limited basis.
Our two bedroom condominium has two full baths (tub and shower), plus
a washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, wet bar,
private BBQ on one of two balconies, and a large open dining and
living area with full exposure to our gorgeous views of the ocean.
Our master bedroom features a King sized bed, TV/VCR, private bath
and dressing area. Plus it is setup with a work desk, phone, fax
machine, cannon printer and printer cable..just bring your own laptop
and local ISP dial up codes. A remote phone with answering machine
is in the kitchen. The 2nd bedroom features a new double bed, and
also has a TV with front AV jacks for nintendo games.
Our 3rd TV and VCR is in the living room, which also is home to an
RCA Stereo Combination - 5 CD changer, AM/FM, TapeDeck. We keep a
supply of Music tapes and disks on hand for your listening pleasure.
Or, just relax with one of some 50 VCR movies on hand. We have a
wide variety of movie titles ranging from The Matrix to Walt
Disney.
Vacation Rental Amenities
This is a Non Smoking- No Pet condominium
Children are welcome if well behaved and respectful of our belongings,
the quiet nature of our complex - and all of our condo rules.
There is no air conditioning at the beach - just open a window and
let the ocean breeze cool your day. In winter, we have central forced
air gas heat (thermostat controlled) or a gas fireplace, if you just
want to take the chill off in the evening.
Sleeping: King Bed, Double Bed, Twin Sized futon, Queen Hideabed.
For infants we have a portable crib, and portable high chair.
Dining room table to seat 4 persons and counter seating for 3. A
card table and extra chairs will expand the dining room seating to 8
persons.
Sand toys for toddlers - sand chairs, beach towels, mats, umbrella,
ball, cooler and picnic supplies are all on site, as is a wheeled
caddy to haul it all to the beach and back.
Linens and towels are on site. All normal appliances including
dishwasher, refrigerator, range/oven/microwave, coffee maker,
cappuccino machine, waffle iron, cookware, dishes and silverware,
blender, bbq etc.
Activities and Attractions
Located between the Oceanside Harbor and the Municipal Pier on San
Diego's largest beach. We are just steps to the ocean. Walk 5
minutes along the beach to the picturesque harbor with its many
shops, restaurants, charter bots and cruises. The Pier offers dining
at one end and fishing the full length. Surfing is popular year
round, with plenty of good wave action and several competitions each
year. A lifeguard training center holds camps for junior lifeguards
in the summer months. An outdoor amphitheatre is within 200 yards
with special events throughout the seasons. 18 theatres are within 5
minutes on foot including a good regional playhouse. The civic
center, library, post office, local farmer's market, historic
churches and a mission are just a few of the local attractions. For
the really big stuff: Disneyland, Legoland, Marine World, San Diego
Zoo, San Diego Opera, Home of the Padres, Del Mar Race Track, Torry
Pines Golf, La Costa and many more world famous attractions are
minutes away by car or public transportation. Walk to Amtrak and
North County Transit District with train, commuter rail, metrolink
and city buses leading to all of Southern California, Mexico and
points beyond.

Winter Monthly $3600 per month Dec 1-Mar 31
Summer Monthly $6000 per month July 1-Aug 31
Fall and Spring $3600 per month April, May, Oct, Nov
Shoulder Season $4000 per month June and Sept
9 month rental Sept 1- May 31 is at $3000 per month. Utilities
included up to $100 per month. Phone is included - blocked long
distance. Cable Tv - standard package. High speed DSL included
Max occupancy is 6 persons - no exceptions. No Smoking - No pets
