Vacation Rental Description

Ohlson Chateau is a very spacious 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath, pet friendly
townhouse.  Tastefully decorated, this 1800 sq ft duplex is located 
in the desirable, private and gated La Valencia resort on the west
end of Panama City Beach and just across the street from the Gulf.

This wonderful three story home has a view and accommodates up to 11
people.  Beds include: two kings, two queens, one twin bunkbed (plus
a trundle twin bed under the bunkbed), a collapsible baby crib.

The back yard is fully fenced for pets and up to 2 dogs are allowed.
Our goal, as pet owners and pet lovers, is to provide other pet owners
with a luxurious place to stay.  We believe that you should not have
to lower your accommodation standards just for the sake of your pets!!!

Maximum occupancy is 11 people.  MUST BE A MINIMUM OR 25 YEARS OLD, OR
ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT OR GUARDIAN IN ORDER TO RENT, NO EXCEPTIONS!

Vacation Rental Amenities

The home has plenty to offer in the way of entertainment such as: 6
televisions (one is a large screen, 48 inch), cable TV, 4 DVD 
players, 2 VCRs, stereo, CD player, and high-speed wireless internet access. 

Guests of LaValencia enjoy easy beach access, a lighted tennis court, and a
beach-side swimming pool.

Other amenities include: telephone (non-local calls require a calling
card), a fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils, microwave 
oven, dishwasher, and ice maker, a washer/dryer, air conditioning, a
gas  BBQ grill, whirlpool tub, linens, and plenty of sunshine.

Activities and Attractions

Just about any activity you could want is available and nearby.  If
and when you are tired of lying on the beach, you can always go
swimming, snorkeling, diving, boating, sailing, skiing, parasailing, 
jet skiing, surfing, fishing, or take a day cruise.  Or maybe you 
prefer golfing, tennis, hiking, biking, shopping, movie theaters, 
fine dining, amusement parks, dolphin watching, sightseeing, or the
dog races.  Panama City Beach has all this and much more!!!

Vacation Rental Rates

In Season Rate: $1650/week.  Off Season Rate: $1250/week.
Security deposit of $300 required to confirm reservation.
$150 cleaning fee. Non-refundable $75 pet deposit.

3 month winter rentals $1450 per month - 3 month cleaning after rental $300
