pool, Gas grill, Fenced back yard, entertainment deck,  
balconies, tons of parking, and that’s just outside!  
 
Inside, besides a very tasteful décor, you’ll find a TV in every  
room, a DVD, a VCR, an intercom system, WiFi Broadband internet,  
fireplace, laundry shoot, and second entertainment/living room.  
 
Oh Yeah…and the Blue Marlins’ only 1˝ blocks from the beautiful Gulf  
of Mexico. So with 3000Sq. Ft. of elegance and style the Blue Marlin

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates are quoted for 10 people. Add $100 per additional person.

Spring ...Feb 21-May 16 ... $1800/week 
Peak Summer... May 16-Aug 22 ... $3100/week 
Summer Discount... Aug 22-Sept 26 ... $1800/week 
Fall/Winter... Sept 26-Feb 28 (2010)... $1300/week 
 
*Spring Break....$2600/week  
Extra charge for Holiday's may apply. 
 
Tax: 11% Florida Tax 
Pool Heat: $175 per week 
Golf Cart: $200 per week 
 
Deposit: 50% of total rent is due to secure home. 
 
Balance of rent, tax and damage deposit must be paid 
30 days prior to check-in day. 
 
Damage Deposit: $500 Damage Deposit is refunded 
Wednesday after check-out if
 home is left in order. 
 
Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, 
and PayPal are accepted.
 There is a 3%  
charge on credit card payments.
