This charming Malibu beach house, with sweeping views of the  
Pacific, is available for year round rentals!  Home is nestled on  
the shore of one of the most beautiful and private beaches in  
California on over 60 feet of beach.    
 
The 2000+ square foot beach house was recently renovated and  
remodeled with no expense spared and the best of everything in the  
world.  You are almost guaranteed to see dolphin everyday off of  
your own private deck.  This is widely considered the cleanest and  
most beautiful beach in Malibu and on most days you will not see a  
single person walk by. This and other neighborhood homes have  
frequently been rented to some of the most famous names in show  
business and have also been used as filming locations in some of  
your favorite movies and TV shows.  Your confidentiality is assured.  
 
This beach home is on one of the driest stretches of beach in all of  
Malibu.  You can lie in front of your private home on the beach for  
hours at a time, while enjoying the ultimate in privacy and serenity. 
 
Beach house has two bedrooms plus private office with built in  
bookshelves, three bathrooms, spacious living room, private dining  
area, and a bonus studio downstairs - complete with kitchenette,  
bathroom, sofa bed, TV and DVD player,  sauna and private beach  
access.  The house features a gourmet kitchen with brand new state  
of the art stainless steel appliances and granite countertops  
throughout.  Gorgeous French doors situated throughout the top level  
of the house – including the master bedroom.  Leave the doors open  
and fall asleep to the lulling sounds of the Pacific Ocean.  Enjoy  
the Malibu sunset from a brand new teak wood deck that expands  
across the entire top level of the home.  Home can sleep six guests  
very comfortably.  Come live among the movie stars in this ideal  
California setting and really get away from it all!  It doesn’t get  
much better than this!  
 
Children and long term guests are welcome.  Pets will be  
considered.  Non-smoking guests only, please.  Home is a low  
allergen environment.  Housekeeper is available to clean during your  
stay for a fee.

Master Bedroom has incredible beach views, a large queen size

Master bathroom shower doubles as a steam room and overlooks the

Guest Room has large queen size bed, built in bookshelves, private  
teak wood porch, and beach access.  Guest bathroom has a luxurious  
jetted Jacuzzi bathtub. 
 
Kitchen features top of the line cooking utensils; brand new  
dishwasher; full size Sub Zero refrigerator and freezer; separate  
ice maker; microwave; oven; stove top burners; granite counter tops;  
state of the art Viking appliances; wine refrigerator, extra  
beverage refrigerator; and separate commercial clear ice maker and  
brand new cabinetry. 
 
Dining room features a custom built handmade table with seating for  
8 and built in bookshelves with a huge library of select books for  
your reading pleasure! 
Electronics: Beach house has state of the art electronics to make  
your stay more enjoyable. Amenities include: Satellite television  
with hundreds of channels, including HBO; DVD player and a DVD  
library; state of the art surround sound with speakers in ALL rooms,  
including bathrooms, and outside -separate controls allow each room  
to play different music; large plasma TV in the living room; 3  
electric skylights; private office area with PC computer and  
internet access; wireless internet access throughout the home; state  
of the art home security system, including doorbell with camera;  
brand new German electronic robotic vacuums for first and second  
floors. 
Beach Amenities: This charming cottage is located on one of the most  
private and isolated beaches in Malibu. Enjoy almost total privacy.  
It is also one of the best surfing beaches in Malibu and Southern

Activities and Attractions

Malibu beach house is just steps away from Neptune’s Net - a classic  
surfside restaurant located right on PCH.  Famous for its clam  
chowder, Neptune's Net serves up great food in a superb location.   
Established in 1958, it has also been used as a filming location in  
many Hollywood movies, including "The Fast and the Furious."    Our  
Malibu beach house is just miles away from Downtown Malibu – the  
playground of the rich and famous.  Many high end retail shops and  
world class restaurants are located in Malibu and nearby picturesque  
Santa Monica.  Local area attractions include cinemas, grocery  
stores, beaches, shopping centers, coffee houses, and museums.   
Malibu is the perfect place for hiking, walking, bike riding,  
horseback riding, jet skiing, boating, snorkeling,  
surfing,windsurfing, golf, sight-seeing and fishing.  You can also  
kick your feet up and unwind by visiting some of the best spas in  
the world!  Or take a relaxing scenic drive along the coast on the  
historic Pacific Coast Highway and visit the world famous Santa  
Monica Pier and Third Street Promenade for some great shopping and  
dining.
