 This is Paradise!! This HUGE home is really 2 attractively furnished
 and decorated homes,
surrounded by a secluded, well landscaped courtyard w/ Pool &
 Spa.

  The Main house has 3 Bedrooms & 2.5 Baths 
 Downstairs Master Suite has a King Bed. Bath has whirlpool tub &
 shower. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms
each w/ a Queen bed. Upstairs bath has another whirlpool tub &
 shower.. There are 2 Queen sleepers
in the living room. Also a super single trundle bed. Home has a
 Fully equipped kitchen, w/ dining
area (seating 6), & full size washer/dryer. Big screen TV w/ VCR/
DVD in LR & TVs in each bedroom..

Additional unit has 2 bedroom & 2 baths
1st bedroom has 1 queen bed & 2nd has 2 queen beds & a queen
 sleeper sofa in living room, its own
fully equipped kitchen dining area (seating 8), laundry room w/full
 size washer/dryer, Big screen TV
w/ VCR/DVD in LR & TVs in each bedroom & screened porch.

Outdoor areas features  poolside wet bar , exercise room,

Located on the quiet side of Panama City Beach (West near
 Laguna).  The beach is 1 and 1/2 blocks on
a quiet street (Dead end). You only cross Front Beach Road to get
 to the public beach access..

June-Aug 2009   $3000.00 weekly Sat-Sat ONLY, both homes ONLY
Cleaning fee $200  (100. per unit)
$500 security deposit
We do not rent to ANYONE under 25 years of age
Daily rates $500/night
