Vacation Rental Description
Very large and very beautiful duplex apartment (1D) in charming, newly-
renovated small apartment building. Living room with separate custom-
built open kitchen with dishwasher. Quiet bedroom with double-size
bed and full bathroom adjacent. Custom-built oak staircase down to
spacious second level. Tile floor, recessed lights, large open area
with queen-size bed (enclosed by heavy curtain, for
privacy), and separate bedroom with queen-size bed and single bed.
Half bath. Fully-equipped laundry facility.
There is a second 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath duplex available at the same
address. The photos for this apartment (1A) are the last 2 on this
listing.

Activities and Attractions
Great big apartment in a charming, landmarked Upper West Side
neighborhood. Half a block from the gorgeous northwestern part of
Central Park, two blocks from the subway. Direct subway service to
Yankee Stadium, Times Square, Rockefeller Center, the Theatre
Distruct, Greenwich Village, SOHO. All the comforts of home. A great
jumping off point for exploring the City. On-street parking is usually
available. A perfect spot for going around by bike.

Vacation Rental Rates
$425/night. Holiday rates may be higher. One week minimum, preferred.
$60 cleaning fee due upon arrival. Basic utilities are included in
the rent.
50% deposit with bank check or personal check (subject to
clearing). Wire transfers in pound sterling and euros accepted.
Paypal accepted, 4% fee charged.
Balance paid to host on day of arrival in cash
or travelers' checks, US dollars. Cancellation allowed up to 11 days
before arrival with 15% cancellation fee. Full forfeiture of deposit
if canceled 10 or fewer days prior to arrival date.
Payment in euros or pound sterling is accepted.
