Lovely Sag Harbor Village 5 Room Garden Townhouse Apartments. Newly
renovated and designer furnished historic 1888 building. Very private,
very convenient. Excellent value.
Newly renovated and furnished this season, these historic townhouse
apartments are over 800 sq.ft. with original details and affords a 20'
lofted ceiling in the sunny living room. Tastefully furnished
"hampton style." -very comfortable new bedrooms, living loft, living
room , with new large bathrooms, separate full kitchen, private deck,
garden, and parking space. Very large, spacious and sunny.
The upper unit has a new gourmet kitchen opens to large loft-like
living room. Queen-sized bed in one room, single bed in separate loft,
and single sleeping sofa in living room. Beautiful antique hardwood
floors, washer/dryer, dishwasher, new appliances,etc. A wonderful
opportunity and a very reasonable price. For twice the space and a
private garden, all prices are clearly a better value than the local
motels and inns.
Only eight minutes from Hampton Jitney stop, Sag Harbor Village, the
boats and yachts at the marina, bay beaches, wonderful restaurants
shopping, and ferry to Shelter Island. 15 minute drive to ocean
beaches, East Hampton and Bridgehampton. . Private garden and
parking.
Rates vary base on number of people and time of the week. All price
are better value than local motels, Inns or shares and guaranteed.
