Vacation Rental Description

Beautifully restored brownstone triplex apartment steps from Central 
Park.  The sunny top three floors, facing north and south.  Large, 
open parlor floor with 2 wood-burning fireplaces, and exquisite 
custom-built cook's kitchen.  Miele dishwasher, new top-of-the-line 
Italian range, marble countertops, fully equipped.  Steps to the  
backyard. 
Master bedroom floor has a bedroom, facing a restored National 
Historic Landmark across the street, with 2 single beds, a dresser, a 
reading chair, and lamp.  Restored leaded glass windows.  The master 
bedroom has a queen size bed, 2 charming tables, a settee, a dresser, 
and 2 closets.  There is an elegant bathroom in the hallway between 
the 2 bedrooms. 
The third floor has a large bedroom in the front with a double bed, 
and 2 smaller bedrooms facing the garden at the rear, each with a
single bed.  There is a bathroom, and a laundry room with a new
European washer/dryer. 
All rooms have air conditioning.  There is wireless internet 
and a TV/DVD.

subway); not far from the Metropolitan Museum, The Museum of Natural 
History, The New York Historical Society, Lincoln Center; a direct 
subway ride to Midtown and Rockefeller Center, the Theatre District, 
and Soho.  On-street parking is usually available, or there is an 
indoor garage across the street.

Vacation Rental Rates

$600/night for up to 6 people, plus a $60 cleaning fee.  $50/night 
charge for each person above 6 people.  Maximum occupancy is 8. Seven 
night minimum.  Holiday rates may be higher.

dollars accepted. 
 
$12,000/month, plus utilities
