Vacation Rental Description

"Ocean Breeze" This house is newly renovated and has a private pool. 
Just 80 steps to the beach boardwalk. This is a great location south 
of Thomas Dr. The house has four bedrooms, two baths, new large 
kitchen, dinning area, livingroom and screen Florida room with 
refrigerator, across back of house over-looking new swimming Pool 
with six foot privacy fence. It has a beautiful professionally 
landscaped yard with covered parking for two cars and additional 
parking for two more cars.

The large kitchen is newly renovated with new appliances imported 
Italian tile on countertops and backsplash with eat-in area, kohler 
sink and built in microwave, refrigerator with water and ice in 
door. 

The bedrooms have a king in one, two full size beds in one, Queen in 
one bedroom, twins in one and two sleeper sofas in livingroom. 
Sleeping a total of 14 people. 

There is a pull beach cart with beach chairs and umbrella for your 
day at the beach.
When returning for the beach there is an outside showers 
conveniently located on the right side of the house. 

This property is 5 min. to shopping, restaurants, golf and theme 
parks. This house is for a large family or share the cost between 
two smaller families or friends. After staying here once you will

Activities (on site or nearby): (most are within five miles of our 
house) For family fun, there are several theme parks including 
Shipwreck Island Water Park (the largest water park in Northern 
Florida, GulfWorld Marine Park (10 miles), and Zooworld Zoological 
and Botanical Park. There are too many activities to list. Examples: 
Treasure Island Marina and Glass Bottom Boat rides, Pier Park Summer 
Concert Series, etc. And of course there is biking, golf, fishing, 
kayaking, shopping, restaurants, cinemas, sightseeing, swimming, 
snorkeling & diving, boating, sailing, water-skiing, surfing, 
parasailing, jet skiing, shelling, Ebro Dog Track and many other 
outdoor activities.

SUMMER .. May 27      - Aug 11, 2006 .. $342/night .. $2400/week 
Fall   .. Aug 12      - Oct 27, 2006 .. $200/night .. $1275/week
Winter .. Oct 28,2006 - Mar 01, 2007 .. $145/night .. $870/week
Monthly rental November - February:  $1,600.00
For all weeks that contain a holiday, the rate is $2400. 
Security Deposit is $500.  Cleaning fee of $95.00.
This house contracts with families only and/or adults 21 years or 
older.
