Tropics. Comfort, class, crystal seas and crazy lazy days -- all  
here at the Cashmere Coconut! This 4 bed, 3 bath mediterranean  
style, 2 story home is perfect for fun in the sun. Enjoy your  
private 26X13 pool and gas grill in the back yard, plus a huge  
community pool (heated in winter months), sauna, 2 tennis courts,  
horseshoe and volleyball pit are just across the court. This  
beautifully decorated home is just under a block to the  
white sandy beaches and teal waters. So for a taste of the tropics,  
Cashmere Coconut will surely delight you.

Rates are quoted for 8 people. Add $100 per additional person.

Peak Summer... May 16-Aug 22 ... $2575/week 
Summer Discount... Aug 22-Sept 26 ... $1475/week 
Fall/Winter... Sept 26-Feb 28 (2010)... $1200/week 
 
*Spring Break....$2075/week  
Extra charge for Holiday's may apply 
 
Tax: 11% Florida Tax 
Golf Cart: $200 per week 
 
Deposit: 50% of total rent is due to secure home. 
 
Balance of rent, tax and damage deposit must be paid 

30 days prior to check-in day. 
 
Damage Deposit: $500 Damage Deposit is refunded Wednesday 

after check-out if home is left in order. 
 
Payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and 

PayPal are accepted. There is a 3% charge  
on credit card payments.
