Vacation Rental Description

Awesome, 7th floor, west end unit has indescribable views of the 
gulf, beaches, sunsets, and pools from the large, wrap around 
balcony, master bedroom, living room, and dining room. A second 
balcony has an incredible nighttime view of "The City".  

This beautifully appointed, spacious, "Platinum" unit allows you to 
relax and enjoy family and friends without that "overcrowded 
feeling."

The master bedroom, queen bedroom and living areas are elegantly 
appointed in relaxing, subdued earthtones.  The bright blues and 
greens of the twin bedroom and bunk room invite the kids to have 
fun  
watching their favorite DVD while Mom and Dad listen to soft music 
and view a romantic sunset or watch a football game/movie on one of 
several other HDTVs.

This luxurious unit is conveniently located to elevators and is 
located directly above the indoor and outdoor pools and waterfall. 
Those who prefer "indoor sunshine" will not be left out of family 
activities as they will be able to share the joy of watching loved 
ones in the pool or on the beach from the balcony or numerous window 
views.

For the continued enjoyment of all, absolutely No Pets or Smoking 
Allowed in unit or on balcony.

Additional Rental Information:
* Primary renter must be at least 25 and stay the entire rental  
period.
* $500 deposit due at time of reservation. At check-in, the deposit 
automatically converts to a damage deposit and is NOT applied to 
rent. Deposit is refundable within two (2) weeks of departure 
providing there has been no damage to the unit or its contents, and 
check out policy has been completed in its entirety according 
to "Check-out Policies".
* All rental payments are due 14 days before arrival.  Please make 
payment in the form of Visa/MC, money order, cashier's check or 
personal check. (If payment is made by personal check, full payment 
must be submitted at least 30 days prior to arrival).
* $135 non-refundable cleaning fee due at time of check in.
* 10.5% Florida lodging taxes.
