Vacation Rental DescriptionOur 'Disney Vacation Villa' is a luxury, fully appointed 3-bedroom
villa, nestled in the heart of the popular Lindfields Community just
minutes from Disney and the other Orlando theme park attractions.
Our villa is fully air conditioned throughout with a large spacious
family room, a sitting room, a dining room, three bedrooms, two
bathrooms and a large swimming pool with an under cover patio area.
The villa accommodates 6 comfortably and is beautifully maintained
to a high standard.
The villa is sumptuously furnished to the highest standards with an
abundance of ceramic tiling and deep pile carpeting. Fully air
conditioned throughout with remote controlled ceiling fan for your
comfort. The family room boasts a Television and DVD and a
playstation 2 for the children or the young at heart.
The master bedroom has an American King sized bed and the other two
bedrooms have two singles in each.The master room has a large en-
suite bathroom including corner bath, walk in shower and tub, extra
large closets, and TV's.
A major feature of the Disney Vacation Villa is the luxury 30 foot
alarmed pool. This very large pool and deck area is a wonderful
place to relax and soak up the sun. The deck area faces South to
ensure sun all day for you. In those times when you want to chill
off we have a covered deck area for you to relax in.
This stunning villa is the perfect environment for the holiday of a
lifetime. Privately owned and professionally managed with all the
amenities for a perfect vacation.

Activities and AttractionsDisney parks are a 10 minute drive to the main gates from our house.
Universal studios and islands of Adventure are about a 30 minute
drive from our house. Wet and Wild is approx 20 minutes drive and
Sea World is approx 15 minutes drive.
Large Premium outlets Mall is approx 15 minutes drive off the
Interstate 4.
Our home is situated off the US Highway 192 and is about 40 minutes
drive from Orlando International Airport.
House is situated in a very peaceful community allow you the time
and space to relax after a busy day at the parks.
Many Golf courses are located a short distance away from the house
Riding school is located nearby on US Highway 27
Numerous shops and restaurants are within 5 minute drive from our
home
Tampa is approx 1 hour drive, with Space Coast (Cocoa Beach) also
approx 1 hour drive.
Daytona Beach is approx 2 hours drive.
Vacation Rental RatesOur rates are very competitive between US$650 in low season and
