Villa Volcania is a “ONE OF A KIND” state of the art luxury condo on
the white sands of South Mission Beach. Located at the southern end of
Ocean Front Walk, your patio spills onto a very private sandy beach.
This ultra contemporary brand new condo is perfect for honeymooners,
business travelers and couples who deserve luxury living.
The kitchen and living room is an open “great” room layout with
imported Burmese teak flooring, cabinets and accessories. Contemporary
furnishings are surrounded by a switch activated, heat-glo gas
fireplace with Crème de Marfil marble mantle and custom mirror work.
The Burmese teak bi-fold doors lead out to the gorgeous patio. Stay
warm in the evening enjoying a cocktail and sunset around your very
own natural gas, shattered glass firepit or enjoy a cup of coffee and
a good book in the morning. You are surrounded by luxury!
The master bedroom features teak and glass bi-fold doors leading to
the patio and a custom built teak queen sized bed. Glass is frosted
for your privacy or leave them open to the patio for a fresh Pacific
Ocean breeze. Your master bath features top of the line Kohler
fixtures, shower/ tub enclosure with shower jets, 2nd bath includes an
oval Jacuzzi tub.

Vacation Rental Rates
Summer weekly Rental Rates $2000.00 + 10.5% tax
Holiday weekly rental rates $2300.00 + 10.5% tax
Nightly rate @ $350.00 with 5 night minimum
Monthly rate TBD
$1000.00 refundable deposit and 1/2 payment in full at time of
booking with signed contract. Final payment due 30 days prior to
arriving.
Deposit returned up to 2 weeks after your stay.
