Vacation Rental Description

Thank you for your enquiry regarding our Condo in Kissimmee 
Florida., only 4 minutes from the front gates of Disney world and 
minutes from all other attractions shopping and dining.

Our Condo is in a beautiful Gated Resort rated one of the best in 
the Disney World Area.

Our Condo has 3 large bedrooms 2 full bathrooms living room and 
dining room,  fully equipped kitchen ,even has washer and dryer, the 
Master bedroom has King bedroom suite with posterpedic mattress, the 
second bedroom has queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds  
the living room, has been completely redone, also has 42 inch high 
definition flat screen television with Satellite.

The Resort is incredible and offers Olympic sized pool with hot 
tubs, Basketball and lighted Tennis Courts, games and fitness room 
even has a Free 50 seat movie theatre, the entire resort is secure 
in the Gated Community.

Our rates are aprox $500.00 for 7 night stay or $79.00 per night 
 also Holiday 
Seasons such as Christmas , Easter and March Break, have higher 
rates, for bookings of 2 weeks or more save $100.00 each week

We require a 25% deposit to hold the booking reservation with 
the balance due 1 month prior to arrival.

we have 42 inch plasma television with sattellite stations our unit 
is wireless the condo has been completely upgraded and refurnished 
includes king bedroom suite with upgraded mattress the resort is 
incredible olympic sized pool hot tubs basketball volleyball tennis 
courts fitness and games room even has a FREE 52 seat movie theatre
