Enjoy all the Comforts of Home in our lovely 3 bedroom/2 bath
Florida pool home. Come relax in our screen enclosed, heated
pool and enjoy the beautiful Lake View!
Our home consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,living room, dining
room, kitchen with breakfast bar (all cookware and utensils are
provided), family room, a separate inside laundry room and a two car
garage.
The living room sofa open to a full-sized bed if extra room is
needed. We have added a High Speed Internet Connection here for
your convenience.
The Family Room has an entertainment center with cable TV and VCR.
We have even provided a selection of Disney and other videos and
DVDs for your enjoyment! Sliding doors open from the family room
to a lovely lakeside view and our fully screened-in, private, heated
pool. Pool side furniture of table and Chairs, loungers, and
charcoal grill are available for you to enjoy dining outside if you
wish! This is the perfect unwinding spot after a busy day.
The master bedroom has a King-Size bed, large walk-in closet, cable
TV, phone, and en suite bathroom; the bathroom has a door leading to
the pool area.
There are two additional bedrooms with a shared bathroom with a
tub/shower combination. One bedroom is decorated with a "Fish"
theme has a Queen size bed and Cable TV, the other bedroom is
decorated with a "Mickey" theme and has 2 twin sized
beds and even a Mickey TV!
NEW this year we have added an Air Hockey Game in the Garage for
your family enjoyment!

Activities and AttractionsOur home is within 15 minutes of Disney World and only 15 minutes
from the Orlando International Airport. Universal Studios, and Sea
World are close by too. Less than an hour away are numerous beaches
and Kennedy Space Center.
Grocery stores, Restaurants, Fast Food, Stores and Shopping Malls
are located just minutes away. Golf courses are plentiful and close
by, Basketball, Tennis, Mini-golf courses, Go Karts, and Dinner
Theatres are just a few of the extras located close to HOME.

Regular Rate is $115.00 per night
Holiday rate $125.00 per night (Easter, Christmas and New Years)
A DISCOUNTED RATE is given with stays of 14 nights or LONGER.
(Florida taxes of 13% will be charged for all rentals.
Pool heat requires an extra $15.00 a night, (pool heat is
recommended October - April).
For Stays of 7 nights or more a Welcome Grocery Pack is included to
start you on your vacation stay. (Not available for SPECIAL RATES)
On stays of 5 nights or less a $70.00 Cleaning Fee is charged.
FREE - Baby "Pack and Play" Bed, High Chair and stroller available
if requested at time of booking.
FREE - Use of Tennis and Basketball courts, Skate Park and
Children's Play area at beautiful Lakeside Estates Park.
