Vacation Rental Description

Pool with open floor plan. Granite counters, new stove, new 
refrigerator with ice maker. Dishwasher.  New Washer and dryer. Can 
see gulf from front yard and back door with huge deck by pool. 
Hammoack in screen porch by pool for afternoon naps is awesome.  Very 
short 2 to 3 minute walk to Beach. Dedicated beach means no condos or 
anything built on this stretch of beach. Beautiful emerald waters. 
Can hear waves from the house. Great Coastal Cottage Home.

Master has king bed, 2nd bedroom has Queen,Buck room sleeps 4 and has 
a double and two twins. Wonderful house for one family or two. Great 
vacation home for all on quiet end of Panama City Beach yet close to 
everything. Those who know the area close to Thomas Doughnuts and The 
Carousel Grocery.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Pool, charcoal grill by pool. Grocery store, Carousel grocery within 
walking distance. Thomas Doughnuts, a local favorite also within 
walking distance. Bring your bikes too. 

Activities and Attractions

Many great golf courses close by for the golfers who want to be at 
the beach. Close to Seaside, Rosemary Beach without paying the high 
rental fees. Close to Everything Panama City Beach has to offer. 
Pier park in the process of building a new theatre to be open spring 
of next year. Edgewater theatre close by.  Minature Golf, Amusement 
parks, Shipwreck Island water park,Captain Anderson's restaurant, 
Boar's Head restaurant, Bayou Bill's restaurant. Everything for a 
great beach vacation.

3/2/07 - 5/20/07   1450 wk or 215 night  same as above
5/21/07- 9/3/07    1650 wk or 250 night  same as above
Monthly Rates Nov 06 thru Feb 07 - 1600 MO Great for 2 or 3 couples 
or family.Lots of parking area even for a boat.

Spring Break (mid march to mid april)and Holidays at max rate.
