Vacation Rental Description

This luxurious 2316 sq feet condo with over 500 square feet of 
balcony will delight you and your family.  The balcony has seating 
for ten as well as a summer kitchen with gas grill.

Spacious living arrangements include dining room with seating for 
eight, kitchen with granite countertops, separate ice maker and top 
of the line GE appliances.  

The family room has a sleeper sofa and a twin sleeper chair, gas 
fireplace, large flat screen TV and the most incredible view of the 
gulf.

Master bedroom and bath will leave you awestruck, jetted tub, 
separate shower, and separate vanity area in bathroom.  Bedroom has 
king four poster bed, large TV and DVD player and access to the 
spacious balcony.  Lay in bed and watch the waves!

The second bedroom has a queen size bed with bathroom access.  The 
third bedroom has two queen size beds, private spacious bathroom and 
is decorated to delight you. The den is set up as a bedroom with 
daybed with pull out trundle, perfect for small children!

All bedrooms including den have TVs, Vcr's and DVD players in them!

This is a gulffront paradise on the ninth floor.  You will love your

Vacation Rental Amenities

Complex has only 88 condos which share a HUGE lagoon pool, two hot 
tubs(gulfront) and a fitness room.  The condo has high speed 
internet access for all guests who bring their laptops.  Underground 
assigned parking a long with the 24 hour gated security makes your 
vacation stress free and safe.

Vacation Rental Rates

Spring rates start at $2200 a week for off peak times.  Spring break 
weeks are $3200 a week plus tax and cleaning.

Summer rates are $3200 a week plus tax and cleaning.

Fall rates start at $1800 a week, holiday weeks higher.

Must be 25 years old to rent, must be present the entire length of 
stay.  Security deposit required.
