Vacation Rental Description
This newly upgraded beach house offers comfortable - contemporary
ambiance, punctuated with original whale art. Every day is a perfect
beach day when you begin your mornings with a 2-minute walk from
your palm-encircled deck to the sands of beach or bay, your preference!
"Max out" afternoons with endless beach activities. Then rinse off the
salt and sand under the outdoor warm-water, private beach shower and
consider cruising up to 8 miles of the popular bicyclist-friendly
boardwalk at sunset.
Balmy evenings offer numerous night life attractions, yet often the
best nights are spent lounging or socializing on the private front
deck. But hey...it's your vacation, so if stretching out on the
chaise sofa in front of the new 42" flat screen TV is your thing...
ENJOY! Prepare meals in a well stocked kitchen or just “order in!”
Finally, let that newly acquired warm tan lull you to sleep in a
plush new bed heaped with plenty of pillows!!!
Whale House is a 2-story/2unit beach house!

Summer months offer nightly fireworks on the Bay with historical
Belmont Amusement Park just a short jaunt down the boardwalk.
Dining and nightlife is available at numerous clubs with a variety
of restaurant cuisines.
Just 5 minutes to Sea World, 10 minutes to La Jolla, 15 minutes to
the San Diego Zoo, and 10 minutes to the Gas Lamp Quarter Downtown
San Diego.

Summer Peak Rates are June through August and include Thanksgiving,
Christmas, New Years, Labor Day, Memorial Day week, and Easter.

June ($2200-$2500/wk)
July ($2400-2800/wk)
August: ($2200-$2500/wk)
10.5% city room tax will apply to rental rate
$500.00 security deposit to hold reservation
$100.00 cleaning fee deducted from deposit
Rent and tax due 60 days prior to arrival.
Confirmation of reservation will be emailed upon receipt of payment.
No smoking and no pets helps maintain an allergy free environment,
and no loud parties helps ensure a decibel-friendly community
environment.
A portion of weekly rental income is donated to the Save The
Whale and Dolphin Foundation.
