Vacation Rental Description

Southern Exposures is a unique 5 unit complex designed, decorated &
equipped by a couple with 25 years of vacation rental management 
experience.  The tropical island cottage theme gives you the feel of 
a cottage with the amenity of a swimming pool rarely available in a 
complex of this size.

The spacious living level has hardwood floors, overstuffed furniture 
and a large dining area with a breakfast bar.  Equipped with 
surround sound home theater and wet bar with ice machine.  The 
kitchen shares the Gulfview and is well equipped with side-by-side 
refrigerator, microwave & dishwasher, and all the dishes, pots, pans 
& utensils you need to prepare the family feasts that tend to become 
the focus of family gatherings at the beach.  The living area opens 
onto a large Gulfside deck with patio table & chairs.  Steps from 
the deck lead to a walkway to either the pool deck area or the white 
sand beach and emerald green waters of the Gulf.  The living level 
also has a half bath and a full size washer & dryer.

Level 2 has a master bedroom with a king size bed on the Gulfside 
with a private balcony.  The master bath features a Jacuzzi tub with 
a shower.  The roadside bedroom is quite spacious with 2 queen size 
beds and a private bath.  TV/DVD or VCR in every room.

Level 3 is a duplicate of level 2.

This townhome is ideal for 2 families sharing as it offers equal 
accomodations for each family and the different levels afford each 
privacy.

Summer:        May 18 to August 3

                $3750.00 per week

Rates in U.S. Dollars
Add 10.5% tax plus $150.00 cleaning fee which includes a setup of 
linens.

Reservations accepted from family groups only.  Deposit of 50% of 
rent required.  Security deposit and balance of rent due at check-in.
