Vacation Rental Description

Song of the Sea is a spacious, tastefully decorated Gulf front single
 family home.  Designed, decorated and equipped by a couple with
 25 years of vacation rental management experience.  This home
 truly offers everything you need or want while on vacation.  The
 home is used regularly by the owners and is maintained in
 excellent condition.

Families tend to focus quite a bit of vacation time around family 
gatherings at meal time.  You'll love the spacious, well equipped
 kitchen with plenty of corian counter space to accommodate
 multiple cooks.  In addition to a side-by-side refrigerator with ice
 maker, there is also another under counter drink refrigerator and a
 separate ice machine.  A good size pantry provides space for food
 storage and the kitchen cabinets are loaded with dishes, glasses,
 pots and pans and almost everything you could think of.

The breakfast bar provides added seating or great serving area for
 buffets.  The dining room table provides plenty of space for family
 meals.  A huge covered deck area off the living/dining area has
 additional table and seating.

The living area has comfortable seating and is equipped with stereo
 and surround sound home theatre.  There is also a half bath and a
 full size washer and dryer.

There is one bedroom with queen bed and private bath on the living
 level that works great for Grandma or the couple with the baby that
 gets up early even though they are on vacation.  A huge Sun deck
 at the dune level provides plenty of space for those sun
 worshippers to cook themselves without getting sand in the suntan
 lotion.  Naturally there is plenty of white beach and emerald green
 water at your back door.

Most homes are designed with one master bedroom and there is
 always that awkward decision or flip of the coin.  Song of the Sea
 has two spacious master suites with king beds and whirlpool tubs. 
 Both are Gulf front and open out onto another huge sun deck with
 views that go on forever.  This feature really takes the pressure off
 when two families are sharing vacation accommodations.

The fourth bedroom is set up with 2 queen beds and has its own
 private bath.  This room functions well as "the kids" room or can be
 used equally well as another adult bedroom.

Vacation Rental Amenities

CAUTION:  This property will spoil you and may cause 

you to never again be satisfied with your 
vacation accommodations!  At least that's the plan.

TV/DVD players in all bedrooms/surround 
sound home theatre in living room.  Fully equipped kitchen, 

2 regrigerators and ice machine.  Sheets 
and towels provided.  2 Masters with king, 1 bedroom with 2 queens.  

1 ground level bedroom with queen.  

All bedrooms have private baths plus 1/2 bath on living level.  

Non-Smoking property.  
Smoking permitted on covered deck area.

Activities and Attractions

Located just east of Pier Park.  Convenient to shopping and restaurants.  

Quiet residential area of 
the beach.

Family Groups Only!!

Winter:  December 1st to February 28th
                $2350.00 per week

Value Spring:  April 12 to May 22
Value Fall:    August 9 to November 30

                $3200.00 per week

Spring:        March 1 to April 11
Summer:        May 23 to August 8

                $4200.00

Rates in U.S. Dollars
Add 10.5% tax plus $150.00 cleaning fee which 

includes a setup of sheets and towels.

Reservations accepted from family groups only.  

Deposit of 50% of rent required.  Security deposit 
and balance of rent due at check-in.
