seconds by foot to Sail Bay and 1 minute by foot to the Pacific Ocean.
This Bright and Cheery Very Clean Authentic Beach House is  
located in San Diego's premiere recreation area on a quiet bayside 
court of Mission Beach and Bay. It is surrounded by beautiful Mission
Bay on one side and the magnificent Pacific Ocean on the  
other, both with incredible white sand beaches. The boardwalk and 
bayfront walk wind all around Mission Beach and Bay for leisurely 
walks and bike riding. ALL FLAT EASY WALKING. WIRELESS INTERNET 
connection in house. Just off the Bayfront. Three houses from sandy 
beach (BAY) to the right as you step out the front door. Nine houses 
to the sandy beach (OCEAN) to the left as you step out the front door. 
2 PARKING PLACES BEHIND COTTAGE.  
Enjoy the relaxing bayside environment on the deck with natural gas BBQ.  
Enjoy spectacular views while strolling on the Bayfront Walk or the 
Ocean Boardwalk.  Sunbath, swim or surf at the beach.  Rent a jet-ski 
or boat for a fun and relaxing day on the Bay. Enjoy a sightseeing
cruise around the bay on the triple-decker Paddlewheel Steamboat 
starting from the Catamaran Hotel, on Sail Bay, stopping at three fine
dining restaurants. Stroll down to the Roller Coaster at Belmont 
Amusement Park on the ocean.

May 31 through June 14 $1225/week, 1 week minimum Sat. to Sat. 
 
 
Plus 10.5% City Tax on all rates 
Cleaning fee $75 
Deposit security Summer $300, non-summer $100  
Deposit refunded after your stay provided no damage is incurred
