Vacation Rental DescriptionWelcome! Did you ever want to take a vacation in sunny Orlando,
Florida, but still have all the amenities of home? Or spend a day at
Disney, then come home to your very own private villa and pool just
a few minutes away, at less than the cost of most hotels? Well, look
no further...
FIRST IMPRESSIONS:
Our fully air conditioned up-scale villa offers all the benefits of
home and much, much, more. Three bedrooms including 2 master suites,
2 full baths, a large living and dining area, fully fitted kitchen
with yet another dining area, large deck with screened pool and two
car garage are just a few of the amenities.
Loads of luxury, including a solid cherry and wrought iron king size
sleigh bed in the Master Suite, walk-in closets, vaulted ceilings
with dramatic lighting, artwork, plants and designer decorations
complete a real Florida feel, whilst deep plush carpeting in living
areas add to the feeling of luxury.
So sit back and relax next to the pool while sipping a refreshment
and taking in the green pine forest aroma from the surrounding pine
trees.

PEACE OF MIND:
Our property management company is available 24hrs a day to offer any
assistance you may require including a concierge service allowing you
to arrive at your villa with groceries already
purchased and stocked for your convenience. You may also go directly
to the villa without having to check-in elsewhere using our on-site
security system. If you need anything, simply dial a direct line
to the property manager and someone will assist you. Any time. Day or
night.
RECREATION:
The on-site Resort clubhouse offers all guests free use of a number
of recreational activities. These include, a resort-style swimming
pool, swing sets, slides and child play area. This is in
addition to your private solar-heated, lighted, enclosed pool back at
your villa. (Note: Clubhouse may be closed for refurbishment at
certain times of the year).
SLEEPING (3-bedrooms/2-baths; Sleeps up to 6):
The Master suite has a cherry and wrought iron king size bed, walk-in
wardrobe closet, bedside cabinets, large dressing table and mirror,
as well as a wardrobe cabinet and private TV. The en-suite features
an oversized garden tub bath and separate glass enclosed shower.
The Queen suite features a queen size bed, dresser and mirror, as
well as a large wardrobe closet. It overlooks the enclosed pool.
The remaining Mickey & Minnie-themed suite has twins with a
nightstand and another large wardrobe closet. The Queen suite and
twin suite are served by a bathroom complete with a tub/shower.
RELAXING:
The screen enclosed, solar heated pool is ideal for relaxing and
cooling off (additional electric pool heating is available during
winter months) after a long day at the parks. The oversized deck
area is screened and has outside lighting allowing evening
entertainment. The deluxe pool furniture includes 4 padded chairs,
table and 2 loungers. Just inside the glass sliding doors is a
large living room with vaulted ceilings, 2 brand-new comfortable
sofas, end tables, coffee table and an entertainment unit. A TV and
DVD player complete the entertainment center. So bring along
those favorite DVD's!
COOKING:
All the appliances you need are here, including a stove, microwave,
dishwasher and large fridge/freezer. The sink includes a water filter
system and waste disposal. All crockery, cutlery, utensils and
glasses are provided, including plastic dishware for use at the pool
and by younger children.
DINING:
Choose from the dining table with seating for six in the formal
dining area or the kitchen table in the kitchen which offers seating
for 4. Don't forget that you can even dine poolside.
BABIES & TODDLERS:
Are more than welcome. Please ask for anything you need. There are
cots, high chairs, playpens, etc. available for an additional fee.
You can make arrangements in advance or simply contact the
property manager once you arrive if there's anything you've
forgotten. Safety alarms are also on the doors leading to the pool
for your child's safety.
SAFETY & SECURITY:
Smoke detectors with visual (for hearing impaired) and audible alarms
are fitting throughout the villa, including a fire extinguisher and
emergency lighting. The windows all have locks and all exterior doors
are fitted with deadbolt locks. The home is also wheelchair
acessible, for your convenience.
CONVENIENCE:
The garage has a full size washing machine and dryer, complete with
iron and ironing board, just off the kitchen area. All bed linens,
towels and beach towels are included. The villa is cleaned both
before and after your visit. The telephone allows for free local
calls (long-distance & international calls are possible, but at an
additional cost).

You also have Disney just 15 minutes away and Universal Studios is

Returned from our lovely vacation yesterday evening. Everything went
as planned with no snags, except our flight home was slightly delayed
because of bad weather in Atlanta. We were very impressed with your
home. It was clean, neat, convenient and comfortable. It was a very
nice gesture for you to leave the bottle of wine on the dining room
table. We enjoyed it!

p.s. my husband especially enjoyed getting up early, making coffee
and taking it and his book out to sit by the pool. The pine forest
is a pleasing sight. Much better than having other houses right in
your backyard. There were also several hot air balloons that landed
daily at the end of the dirt road. Very interesting to watch.
