Vacation Rental Description
This 5 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home is located on the intra-coastal
waterway, in a quiet gated community, 20 minutes from Historic
downtown Charleston. This house, surrounded by live oaks, offers a
relaxing Southern atmosphere. The wrap-around porch offers a variety
of natural views. This 3 story home has elevator access to each
floor. The top floor has 3 bedrooms, two queens and one double, and
a bonus room with a double bed. The main floor boasts a large family
room, a kitchen, and a dining room overlooking the Stono river. Just
off the family room is the master suite with a king bed and a private
bath with an antique claw foot tub. There is also a double bed
located off the kitchen with a connecting half bath. This river home
sleeps 10 to 12 people comfortably and is ideal for connecting with
nature and relaxing.
Vacation Rental Amenities
Elevator, air conditioning, heat, washer and dryer. well stocked
kitchen with coffee maker, mixer, toaster, blender, microwave. TV
with VCR and DVD player; linens and towels provided.

Minutes away from Stono Ferry Golf Course, 9 miles from Citadel
Mall shopping and local dining, 15 miles from historic downtown
Charleston, 30 minutes from several local beaches.
Walk out the front door and try your hand at fishing, crabbing,
shrimping or simply watch the dolphins and boats roll by in the early
morning or late afternoon.
Vacation Rental Rates
$1100 each week or $190 each night
8.5% tax
Due at Booking: $200 refundable breakage/damage deposit and 50% of
rental. Balance due 30 days before arrival.
Check in is at 3 PM
Check out is at 11 AM
Guests are required to clean house before departing.
If reservation is canceled less than 30 days before arrival a $200
fee will be required.
