We can offer a two night minimum during the off season and a standard   
nightly rate of $175 in the off season, but during   
the summer, we only rent the condo on a weekly basis.  There's a $100   
cleaning/linen fee. There's also a deposit due at   
time of booking. Applicable SC sales taxes apply. This is a non-  
smoking unit.
