Enjoy the Florida Sunshine in our wonderful 3-Bedroom Executive 
Vacation Home.  Our home has a fantastic private Lake View from the 
fully screened-in South facing, lanai and pool area.  Many extras 
have been included in this beautifully decorated home located close 
to Disney World in Lakeside Estates.

Our immaculately maintained home also consists of:  Two-Car garage, 
Great room, Dining room, Eat-in Kitchen, Inside Laundry room, 
Screened-in Lanai with table, chairs and a fan to keep you cool.  
Other ceiling fans, located in all rooms, help the air conditioning 
cool you on the warmest of days.  The kitchen is fully equipped with 
refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, all cookware, and 
utensils.  Towels, linens, iron, ironing board and even a hair dryer 
are also provided.

The spacious Great room has ample seating, a Cable TV, and a VCR/DVD 
player.  The Master bedroom has a Cable TV, King-size bed, large 
walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with double sinks, tub and 
separate walk-in shower.  The two additional bedrooms share a full 
bathroom containing a combination tub/shower.  One bedroom has a 
Queen size bed and the other bedroom has twin beds.

Vacation Rental Rates

**Special Rates**  for dates between April 25  - May 2 and May 9 
- June 21! Stay must be at least 6 nights or longer.

Our Regular Rate for this home is $115.00 per night.  
HOLIDAY Rate is $125.00 per night (Easter, Christmas and New Years.
A DISCOUNTED RATE is given for stays of 14 nights or longer.
Pool heat is an additional $15.00 a night (recommended Oct - April)
FREE Use of Pack n' Play Baby Bed, High Chair and stroller if 
requested at time of booking.  
FREE Use of Basketball courts, Tennis courts, Skate Park and 
Children's Play Area at Beautiful Lakeside Estates Park. 
On stays of 5 nights or less a $70.00 Cleaning Fee is charged.
(Florida taxes of 13% will be charged for all rentals)
