Vacation Rental Description
This lovely 3BR/3BA luxury condo is situated along the Folly River,
just a short walk to Folly Beach. This spacious 1500 sq ft villa has
a newly furnished master bedroom with a king bed. Two guest bedrooms
have spacious quarters and private baths. For additional guests,
there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. Hardwoods and berber
carpeting throughout. Warm colors adorn each room and our unit is
decorated to make you feel right at home.
The views from the private screened in porch are breathtaking. Watch
sailboats or dolphins go bye as you relax in the afternoon sun or
evenings at sunset sipping your favorite beverage in this tranquil
setting. This lovely home comes well equipped and will ensure you a
