teal waters of the Gulf of Mexico. So when the cares have piled up 
and the work load has you down, sail over to the Sunset Reef- where 
life's a breeze!

Spring ........... Feb 23-May 17.. $1475/week. 
Spring Break ..................... $1775 /week.
Peak Summer ...... May 17-Aug 23 .. $1975/week. 
Summer Discount .. Aug 23-Sep 27 .. $1175/week.
Fall/Winter.... Sept 27-Feb 23...$875/week

Half of total rent due to secure home. Balance of rent, tax and 
damage deposit must be paid 30 days prior to check-in day.

$500 damage deposit (refunded wed. after checkout if home is 
left in the order it was found). 11% Florida state tax, all rates 
reflect 6 people or less. additional $100 extra per person after 6.
