Vacation Rental Description
Beautiful and brand new three bedroom/three bath townhouse on Folly
Beach which is just 15/20 minutes from downtown Charleston.
Townhouse is oceanfront as nothing can be built in front of it.
Just step across the road/dune walkover and you are basking on
the beach! See photo of walkover and of townhouse. Two balconies,
one off of the den and the other off of the master bedroom. Jacuzzi
in master bath but each room has it's own bath and all are decorated
with custom fabrics. one king (master); one queen; one queen with 2
twins (daybed and trundle).
Condo is two blocks from center street which is the
shopping/restaurant district. The pier is two blocks away with $5
pole rentals. Unit has covered reserved parking and elevators. Two
balconies both with perfect ocean views. Unit has many extras for
the family such as beach chairs and sand toys, umbrella, cooler,
games, kids dvd's etc; also, bright and fun/new furnishings and top
quality mattresses and even kids dishes.
Need 2 units? The adjacent unit is also a Sunday thru Sunday rental.
