Vacation Rental Description
Welcome to Unit 120 and 220, Charleston Oceanfront Villas. These
oceanfront condos are beautiful 3 bedroom/3 bath units located
at "The Edge of America," Folly Beach, South Carolina. Our balconies
overlook the Atlantic Ocean.
We are a short drive to historic Charleston, South Carolina with its
antebellum homes, gardens, carriage rides and world famous
restaurants.
Visit Fort Sumter, where the Civil War began. The CSS Hunley, the
first submarine used to sink an enemy ship. Patriots Point Maritime
Museum. The South Carolina Aquarium. The possibilities are endless.
We are also close to world class golf courses at Kiawah Island,
Seabrook Island and Wild Dunes Resort and many others located
throughout the Greater Charleston area.

Vacation Rental Amenities
Amenities include central heat and air conditioning, phone, stereo,
cable TV, DVD, full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, jacuzzi
tub in master bedroom, balcony overlooking ocean, elevator, two (2)
large pools located on property. Large deck overlooking the beach.
Activities and Attractions
Nearby activities include shopping, dining, fishing, surfing and
most water related sports available. World class golf courses are
located throughout the Greater Charleston area. Historic Charleston
with its world class dining is just a short drive away.
Vacation Rental Rates
Fall & Winter 2008/2009 rates: $1295.00 per week.Nightly rate is $185
with a 2 night minimum. There is a $125.00 cleaning fee, which
includes all linens (except the beach towels). Accommodation taxes
of 11.66% do apply. (Tax rate may change without notice).
