Vacation Rental Description
Compact room with private bathroom, kitchenette, private entrance,
pillow top queen bed. Extra roll away can be requested.
WIFI internet at no extra cost. Free close off street parking at no
extra cost. Satellite TV with HBO, ShowTime, Cinemax, Starz, even
local news channels.

Decorated with small touches that mean a lot, we have always treated
all our spaces as if they were our own and you will feel that and
appreciate how that sets us apart from the generic and dull feeling of
most condos and typical rentals. We are 5 minutes from the hustle and
bustle of the city but in our neighborhood you can find peace and
quiet and we normally have nice robust breezes and revitalizing clean
fresh air. We are just 10 minutes from Kona International Airport.
About 5 minutes from Costco -- and they have the cheapest gas!
About 10 minutes from the beaches -- they are nice to visit but stay
near not really -- the humidity, heat and crowds are best left for
beach time and you come home to tranquility and comfort --

Vacation Rental Amenities
Right in the center of access to major roadway arteries, and very
close to shopping whether it be clothing or electronics. A quick jaunt
and you are at the beach. Being on the beach is not what it is cut out
to be, better to visit and return home to a nice place not just a
beach dwelling with its associated moisture, noise, crowds and bugs!
Private entrance, private full bath. Kitchenette. Ceiling fans, good
cross ventilation. Both a DVD and VHS player are in the room along
with DISH network satellite tv. Linens, cooking essentials, all
bedding included. The bed is a plush pillow top queen size --
perfect to come back to in order to recharge for the next day out
exploring!

Walk right outside to the yard, and access to upper side and back
yards (one acre).
Activities and Attractions
Beaches, fishing, swimming, shopping, running, exercise at the gym.
Or stay near the house and enjoy a nice snooze, meditate, read a book,
watch a movie on tv!
Vacation Rental Rates
$55/night (based on 2 people), $10 for a 3rd person (3 person maximum).
5% discount at 7 days, 10% discount at 14 days, 20% discount at 21 days, 25% discount at 28 days; Monthly: 35% discount for 30 days, 45% discount for 60 days or more!
Hawaii Taxes (12.42%) must be added to totals.
Refundable Damage Deposit of $55 will be added to totals.
Minimum 2 nights ($20 surcharge for just one night).
We can process your request for booking our vacation rental with a
clear quote/reservation when you send your arrival/departure/number
of people details..
If your total amount is over $500 and you will be arriving in over 60
days, then you qualify to pay for your vacation rental in two payments
and this is how that works:
(1) The first payment (also called the Initial or Hold or Booking
Deposit) is at least $500 (you can pay more if you prefer) and it is
due As Soon As Possible to secure your space and the dates you want
to stay;
(2) The second payment is the balance and that payment is due before
60 days of your arrival date.
We will refund all but $50 if you give written notice 60 days before
your booking starts, otherwise we refund only for what we can re-book.
The Damage Deposit ($55) is fully refunded if there is a cancellation;
after you leave if you have not left an unusual mess or done damages
(about 1 in 15 people we need this for) we refund back to you within
a week.
