Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful, exclusive bayside canal front private home.  4 bedroom, 3 
bath with heated pool and jacuzzi, outside wet bar and fish cleaning 
station with granite counter tops. Outside pool shower. Enclosed 
electric gated fence for privacy.  Deep access canal with 60 foot 
dock with davits for up to 7,500 pound boat right out your back 
door. Access to gated community park with boat ramp.  Within minutes 
from bay and ocean access for your fishing, diving and snorkling 
pleasure.  Master room has queen size bed with bathroom in room.  
One room has two twin beds. Other room has day bed that converts in 
to two twin beds or one king size bed.  Bottom room has queen size 
bed. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Two Refrigerators , two microwaves, Range Oven, Dishwasher, Water 
filtration system, washer and dryer, linens, towels, iron, 65 inch 
TV with surround sound, VCR, DVD, CD player, screened balcony 
overlooking pool and canal.

Activities and Attractions

Diving Capital of the World!! Enjoy view of manatees in canal during 
season.  Enjoy pool and jacuzzi while having Margarita's and Piņa 
colada's prepared in your own outside wet bar with gorgeous granite 
counter top. A vacation to remember. 

Vacation Rental Rates

$2400 to $2800 per week
$4800 to $5500. per month
Special rates apply over Holiday and Special Events.  Security 
Deposit required upon reservation.  
Long term lease available upon request.
