Vacation Rental Rates

Fall Special - October 26 through November 15, 2008 - $500 per week, 7 
night minimum.  $70 ea. addl night. 
 
Low Season - May 1 through November 30, $115/night, $750/week  
$2700/month 
High Season - December 1 through April 30, $125/night, $850/week  
$3000/month 
Higher rates for holiday periods (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New  
Years, Iron Man, Spring Break)  Discounts for full week stays in low  
season available - please inquire! 
Add-on Hawaii taxes (currently 11.42%). CLEANING FEE $80.00.  5 day  
minimum rental in Low Season, 7 day minimum rental in High Season.   
14 day minimum rental for Ironman. 
$200 deposit due on booking.  Balance due 60 days prior to arrival.   
Full refund if canceled more than 60 days prior to arrival.  3  
night min. charge on rental canceled 30-60 days prior to arrival.   
No refund on cancellations made within 30 days of arrival.
