Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful home at a cool 800 foot elevation, yet only 5 minutes to  
the center of Kona Town, world class beaches, shopping and  
restaurants.  This charming home with vintage Hawaiian decorations  
features a queen size bed in the bedroom plus twin bed and sofa bed  
in living area.  Opens up onto large swimming pool and sun deck area  
with chaise lounges and tables and chairs. Cook a meal in the well  
stocked kitchenette for al fresco dining by the pool!

Vacation Rental Amenities

All of our vacation rental properties come equipped like your own  
home.  Upon arrival, you will be able to find items such as beach  
chairs, Boogie Boards, beach towels, coolers, kitchen needs like  
aluminum foil, storage bags, coffee filters, dish soap and many  
seasonings and spices.  Also available are floor futons and sleeping  
bags for kids, laundry soap, your own Gas Grill, hair dryers,  
children's toys & books, VCR/DVD & Stereo CD, etc.  
 
Kids stay FREE - free use of high chair, beach toys, strollers,  
cribs, etc.

Vacation Rental Rates

$90 to $120 per night, based on season, number of guests & length of  
stay. There is a one time cleaning fee of $50. Five night minimum and  
Hawaii tax is 11.42%.
