Vacation Rental Description

This newly renovated condo is located in the historical  
Ansonborough neighborhood of downtown Charleston, South Carolina.   
It is centrally situated a few short blocks from the old Market,  
Rainbow Row, and the Battery. The home, built in 1839, sits between  
East Bay and Meeting Streets.  This area of town is best known for  
first class shopping and world class restaurants, all of which are  
within walking distance.  Rocking in the chairs on the porch or  
enjoying a glass of wine next to the fire is the perfect way to  
relax after a full day of sightseeing, antiquing, or golfing.  Do  
not forget that downtown Charleston is only minutes from the beaches  
of Sullivans Island.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Off street parking, lanai, air conditioning, washer/dryer, linens  
provided, gas fireplace, queen bed, convertible twin, cable TV, DVD  
player, jacuzzi tub, full kitchen, telephone, broadband internet.   
No pets, and no smoking please. Note that there is no elevator  
available leading to the private entrance.

Activities and Attractions

Many water activities are available at the city marina or at the  
beach.  We encourage you to look into the various historical home  
and garden tours throughout the city. These tours change with the  
seasons. Other activities include enjoying the local museums and the  
aquarium, or going to one of Charleston's wonderful full-service day  
spas.

Vacation Rental Rates

$1800 - $2000 per month. Seasonal. $800 per week. $180 per night (3  
night minimum).  Rates include utilities, taxes, and cleaning fees.   
$300 refundable security/damage deposit required to hold reservation.  
Must be 25 years of age to rent. Copy of photo i.d. required with  
signed contract.
