Vacation Rental Description

3 rd home to White Sands Beach Park.  Downstairs unit has King Size 
Bed plus a twin day bed, full bath, Kitchenette , gas grill, screened 
in lanai, Cable TV / DVD and CD stereo. Extra  frig in the garage.  
Washer and dryer with laundry soap supplied.  Located on a quiet 
street a short walk to the beach, yet just 5 minutes drive to the

Vacation Rental Amenities

* Kids stay free!   Free use of crib, stroller, highchair, play pen,  
etc.  
 
* Equipped like your own home, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach 
towels, washer and dryer with laundry soap, ice chest, kitchen 
supplies, seasonings, floor futons for kids, baby equipment,  
laundry soap and more.  
 
* Only 5-10% deposit until 3 months out.  No security deposits to  
trap you; we go by the honor system.

Vacation Rental Rates

$55 - $70 per night depending on time of the year, number of  
guest,  and length of stay.  Also add 11.42% HI state room tax and a 
one-time only cleaning fee of $41.66. 
 
*Low season rates and last minute discounts available 
** Special rates may apply for Ironman & Christmas + New Year's
