Vacation Rental Description

Plumeria home is in a quiet upscale neighborhood with a harbor view.   
 
Only 5 minutes from the center of Kona town, beaches, shopping and  
restaurants, yet quiet and rural with wild turkeys and lots of song  
birds.  
 
Private patio with table & chairs and a view of the harbor. Have  
your morning coffee as you watch the cruise ships enter the harbor.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Equipped like your own home. Boogie boards, beach chairs, beach  
towels , igloo ice chests and your OWN gas grill.  
Our beautiful gardens have many big trees and flowers – including  
our namesake – Plumeria trees.  
Off street garage parking – steps to your door – no stairs to  
climb.

Vacation Rental Rates

$80 to $100 / night.  Rates may vary based on supply, number of guests & 
length of stay; also special rates apply for Ironman and the holidays. 
There is a 1 time cleaning fee of $52.08 and Hawaii tax of 11.42%.  5 
night minimum.
