Vacation Rental Description

Located in the heart of historic and charming downtown 
Kailua-Kona.  You are walking distance to restaurants, beaches, 
shopping.  Shopping- organic and health food groceries, restaurants, 
drug and hardware stores, and more.  Close walk to King Kamehameha 
Beach, Hulihe'e Palace, Kona Inn shopping Village, Mokuaikaua Church, 
Lanihau Center, and more. 
 
    Condo was the former model unit, located across from the pool area 
with lounge chairs and gas grill.  Unit is fully equipped: we provide 
swim noodles, ice chest, kitchen supplies, beach chairs, towels, 
laundry soap for your private machine, and more! 
 
    Queen size bed plus floor futons available for kids. Full sized  
bath.  Full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee 
maker & bean grinder, blender, etc.

Vacation Rental Rates

$59 - $89 / night.  Rates vary based on season, length of stay, and 
number in party.  Also add HI tax of 11.42% and a one time only 
cleaning fee of $62.50.   
 
Kids Stay free!  Special high season rates may apply Christmas and 
Ironman.
